Water Floods a Basement in Worcester

Pictured are before and after photos of a flooded basement in Worcester. A pipe broke and caused about an inch of water to accumulate in this unfinished basement. The homeowner was very distraught when she called SERVPRO of South Worcester, however, our highly trained staff was able reassure the owner that SERVPRO would be there to assist through the entire process. The SERVPRO professional technicians set up water pumps to remove the water which will help prevent water damage and mold growth. After the water was removed air movers and dehumidifiers were used to dry the basement. SERVPRO was also able to clean the contents and deodorize the entire basement. The customer was happy with the quick process and the end results.
